Dongguan A-One Metal Products Co.,Ltd. specializes in processing precise moulds. Our factory was set up in 2002 by Suitable Precision (Hong Kong) Company Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhiyi Precise Mould Company. Our factory covers an area of over 2500 square meters. We passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in the end of 2004.

We possess a full set of mould processing equipment and a slow ware moving workshop, a fast ware moving workshop, a mould processing workshop, a CNC processing center and a mould assembling workshop. Meanwhile, we import advanced processing and test equipment from foreign countries, such as SODICK slow ware moving machines and SANFENG inspection apparatuses to strengthen our capability greatly.

These years, under the quality guidance of "manufacture excellent products, satisfy demands from customers, reform management system and share harvest", our staff keep improving the quality management system, and developing many kinds of finished-part moulds, such as metal frames of printer and copy machines, springs, shells of electrical micro-machines, shells of motors, computer cases, DC parts and shells. Additionally, we are able to process non-standard parts according to the drawings of customers.
